This Policy applies to purchases of Plan B subscriptions and is incorporated into the Terms & Conditions at planb.to/terms. Capitalized terms have the meanings given in the Terms.
1) 14‑Day Free Trial
Eligibility. New subscribers are eligible for a one‑time 14‑day free trial of the Annual Plan B Platform subscription (the “Trial”). We may decline a Trial in cases of suspected abuse or prior Trial usage for the same individual, device, or payment method.
Start & End. The Trial starts on the date of signup and ends 14 calendar days later at 11:59:59 PM in your local time zone.
Conversion to Paid. Unless you cancel before the Trial ends, your selected payment method will be automatically charged for one (1) year of access at the then‑current Annual Plan price shown at checkout.
2) Billing Authorization & Auto‑Renewal
Annual Term. After Trial conversion, your subscription term is 12 months from the billing date.
Auto‑Renewal. The Annual Plan auto‑renews each year until you cancel. The renewal charge will use your saved payment method at the then‑current price.
Price Changes. If we change prices, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice (e.g., email or in‑product notice) before the next renewal.
Billing Authorization. By starting a Trial and providing a payment method, you authorize WilsonConsulting.co LLC (d/b/a Plan B) and our payment processor to charge your payment method at Trial end and on each renewal date.
3) Cancellation
During Trial. You can cancel any time during the 14‑day Trial to avoid being charged. If you cancel during the Trial, no charges will be applied, and access will end immediately or at Trial end, depending on product settings.
After Conversion / During Annual Term. You may cancel at any time to stop future renewals; however, payments already made are non‑refundable, and access continues until the end of the paid‑through period.
How to Cancel. From your account Billing page or by emailing support@planb.to (subject line: Cancel Subscription). If you cancel by email, please allow reasonable processing time and keep a copy of your request.
4) Refunds
Digital Access Policy. Except where required by law or a specific written guarantee posted at purchase, all sales are final once access is granted after the Trial. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial periods.
Erroneous Charges. If you believe you were charged in error (e.g., you canceled during the Trial), contact support@planb.to within 7 days of the charge; we will review and, if appropriate, issue a correction.
EU/UK Cooling‑Off. If local law provides a cooling‑off period for digital services, you acknowledge that immediate access may begin at purchase and that you may lose statutory withdrawal rights once full access/performance starts. Where applicable rights exist, contact support to exercise them.
5) Failed Payments & Account Status
Retries. If a renewal payment fails, we may retry your payment method and/or prompt you to update it.
Access. We may suspend access until payment is successful. We may terminate the subscription for extended non‑payment.
6) Promotions & Trial Abuse
One per Customer. Trials and promotional pricing are limited to one per customer/household/organization unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Misuse. We may deny, suspend, or terminate Trials or discounts in cases of misuse, fraud, reselling, or violation of the Terms.
